LOVE this fireplace! I am renovating an RV and having the look/heat of a fireplace was high on the list! I found this one which fits the depth of an existing shelf. I tested it out one night while working on the RV and I think once I finish, it's going to be a great heater for the space. 3 levels of ''fire'' and the heat range goes up pretty high. Very little noise with the heater. I had my laptop playing a movie and the noise of the blower didn't affect that at all. Love it!! And it arrived sooner than expected (even over the holidays)!
We love it. Our insert quit working after 2 years and this one fits perfectly and is even better.
We loved the frame of our old electric fireplace and were thrilled to find the heater replacement. Looks great - quiet and I LOVE the option to turn on the “crackling “ sound!
It fit very nicely in my corner cabinet and the flames are very realistic. The crackling sound adds to the ambience and it arrived just in time to combat the cold spell we had. Great value.

Original insert went out at 14 months. I am told that it was a thermostat that went out. Replacement works fine.

Bought this to add to our entertainment center & it is the best addition. Especially right now nearing Christmas time it really sets the mood & keeps us warm. We love it!
I put the insert into an inexpensive Target bookcase and put molding on either side. Inexpensive decorating with cozy appeal. The remote is easy to work. There are 3 fire options and the heat is adjustable. I am totally pleased.
When the heat function of our old insert failed, this proved to be the perfect fit. Only wish the heater fan was a little stronger
